Open the Map via QR Code or Link

When you arrive at the facility, locate the Paadha QR code signboards positioned near the entrance gate, registration counter, or elevator lobby. Open your phone camera, scan the code, and tap the link to launch the Paadha navigation application instantly on your phone.

tips_and_updatesHelpful Tip: QR code placards are prominently placed at main entrance gates, reception lobbies, and elevator banks.
2
search

Search or Select Your Destination

Use the search bar at the top to type the department name, doctor specialty, diagnostic test, or room number (e.g. 'Cardiology', 'ECG', 'Room 104', 'Blood Bank'). You can also browse through categorized tabs such as Outpatient Clinics, Diagnostics, or Wards.

tips_and_updatesHelpful Tip: If you only have a doctor's name or token slip, search for the department listed on your prescription.

route

Review the Map & Corridor Route

The map displays a highlighted corridor path from your current entrance checkpoint to the selected room. Review the floor level, wing name, estimated walking distance, and walking time.

Follow the Route & Physical Hospital Signage

Walk along the displayed corridor trajectory. Match corridor turn points with overhead hospital signboards, wing color codes, and room numbers. At elevator lobbies, check the floor indicator before boarding.

tips_and_updatesHelpful Tip: If you lose orientation along the corridor, scan the nearest Paadha QR placard on any hallway wall to recalibrate your location.

Ask Staff if You Need Additional Help

Paadha is designed to assist you, but hospital staff and volunteer help desks are always available. If a corridor is temporarily closed for maintenance or if you need clinical assistance, feel free to speak with floor coordinators, security personnel, or reception desks.

tips_and_updatesHelpful Tip: Emergency situations require immediate staff attention — do not rely on digital screens during urgent code emergencies.
