We are committed to visitor privacy. Paadha does not collect personal health records, patient identities, or background location histories.

1. Visitor Wayfinding & Personal Privacy

Paadha provides digital indoor maps and wayfinding directions for hospitals, campuses, and complex indoor facilities. Our visitor navigation system is built with a zero-barrier, privacy-by-design philosophy:

  • • No Mandatory Account Registration: Visitors do not need to create an account, log in, or provide phone numbers or email addresses to view maps or get directions.
  • • No Personal Health Data (PHI): Paadha is strictly a spatial wayfinding platform. We do not access, store, or process medical diagnostic reports, patient files, prescriptions, or clinical histories.
  • • No Background Geolocation Tracking: We do not track your device when you leave the facility. Starting points are established when you scan a physical QR placard.

2. Information Collected from Institutional Inquiries

When organization representatives submit inquiries through our "Request a Demo" or contact forms, we collect the submitted details (such as your name, work email, phone number, institution name, and facility specifications) solely to communicate with you regarding your inquiry, prepare project quotes, and discuss implementation steps.

3. Technical & Aggregate Analytics

We may collect non-personally identifiable technical telemetry (such as browser type, operating system version, and aggregated search frequency for general department categories like "Cardiology" or "Blood Bank") to help facility administrators understand common wayfinding bottlenecks and optimize physical signage. No individual identity is linked to these metrics.

4. Data Security & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal contact information to third-party advertisers. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted TLS/HTTPS connections and stored on secure cloud servers with restricted administrative access.
